Arbitrating through the Thorns: How to Conduct International Arbitration Proceedings Nowadays

This was a great seminar. It is quite promising to see and listen to our colleagues from RAC Moscow despite all the odds of present days, in high mood and fully dedicated to their professionalism.

My key notes pursuant to this seminar with high perspectives of opport unities are as follows ;

- Turkish institutional arbitral courts (ISTAC) can present many cooperation possibilities in the resolution of disputes, where at least one party is foreigner to RF.

- Turkish experts and specialized arbitrators, listed among friendly countries in RF, may play enormous roles in the resolution of commercial disputes, thanks to the political balanced stance of the government of Türkiye and its people, in today's political conflicts.

- Turkish Institutional Arbitration Centers need to make themselves more prominent, known and accesible to the corresponding agents and parties to the contracts in RF for all kinds of recognitions and collaborations in both governmental and private circles.

- DIFC may consider more about the assignment of Turkish arbitrators and experts in the resolution of disputes conferred to him by RAC and other resolution boards.

I wish you all the best and see you shortly in your next event.
